Hi Pedro,
to make sure nobody will ever hit this bug again: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=397184

Taglib 1.12 was released in February 2021 - funny that it isn't included in Ubuntu 22.04.

However, to allow Qt6 builds from same codebase, git master now depends on KF 5.108,
which is newer than the KF versions in Ubuntu 22.04, so Jammy support ended with commit 
https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/amarok/-/commit/5cb1b457b17102147909bc9bbdc55e7dfd808d0f
