New release

Oh yes I didn't realise libmaridadb actually just installs with the same
name of libmysqld.

Compiling with mariadb 10.1 on the current Ubuntu LTS I get a compile error
but with mariadb 10.3 on the about to be released Ubuntu LTS it compiles
fine.
