No it's not all. It's the easy part to change the headers and translate 
some commands of KDE4 to KF5 or Qt5. Then all the graphical classes must 
be rewritten (almost) from scratch to be in QML. I've never done this, 
so I'm waiting a little to get some help. You can go further with the 
1st part if you want.

Basically, you start the compilation, and where it fails, you try to 
correct the error.

You would need a VM with the last kubuntu  or whatever that ships KF5 + 
Qt5. It's the easiest part. Else, you can put the KF5/plasma5 libs under 
a prefix in order to compile (I guess) but I never done this, and I 
can't help you to do this. I'd rather install a virtual machine
