Release of libmygpo-qt v1.0.8

Dear Amarok, Clementine & gPodder Community,

after more than a year, a new version of libmygpo-qt is ready. It
doesn't include many new features, the most important one being Qt5 support.

Changes in 1.0.8:
-) Support for building the library with Qt5 (please see the README file
how to build it with Qt5 and contact me in case of any problems with it)
-) Support for the "Get All Subscriptions" API endpoint [0]

What is libmygpo-qt?

tl;dr: It is a dependency of Amarok & Clementine, a C++/Qt library
wrapping the gpodder.net webservice
