Week 1 report. AudioCD collection refactoring.

Hi all,

this is what was done during first week of GSoC:

1) New implementation of AudioCD collection was started:
     New AudioCDCollectionFactory implementation supplied with new
version of AudioCDCollection. AudioCDCollectionFactory creates
AudioCDCollection when Solid reports about new device and this device
is CD, it also checks if some CD devices were already inserted on
startup. New code was tested and it works.
2) Copying from audiocd collection was fixed.
3) Launching with --cdplay adds CD to playlist. Reimplementation was
made in a way it was suggested by Matěj Laitl in this review request
