GSoC update: Integrate Spotify into Amarok

Hi,

Sorry for being so late to update my project, I was stuck with the
QueryMaker stuff, but now it starts working.

Now the Spotify service plugin can be successfully loaded and enabled. When
you type query string in the collection browser, it will automatically send
the query to the Spotiy resolver to search matched tracks in Spotify's
music library then returns results to Amarok, and all tracks are playable.
Here's a screenshot[1]. And you can grab the source here[2] in the
gsoc-spotify branch.

But it is still quite unstable, sometimes the query may fail, the results
are added to the collection but they don't show up in the GUI, I will get
this solved in the next few days.
