Testing requirements

Hi all,

I plan a blog to ask people to test the beta of the upcoming release,
but our testing page is sadly quite incomplete. Please all, have a
look at

http://amarok.kde.org/wiki/Development/Testing

and add important tests. I also added a "Nice to test" section where
we could move all not so important things to.
