[amarok] /: Switch MusicDNS decoder back from avcodec_decode_audio2 to avcodec_decode_audio3.

Well, 0.6 is quite old (released 1 year ago). Regarding
old/conservative distrs: as I know there is no way to get latest
Amarok from package manager, so I guess It's not a big deal to compile
ffmpeg too. But If you think that It won't go - commit can be reverted
any time, or I can add a check for this function and call old version
If the new one is not available.
