All release blockers are fixed, thanks to Ralf Engels and Sergey Ivanov :)

There are still 11 open regressions, of which 3 are crashes and one I
can't reproduce, but I suggest to postpone those to 2.4.2 and do the
release.

So definitely a YAY from me :)
