Difference between "Or" and "Part" biases in dynamic playlists in Amarok

Hi,

What is the difference between "Or" and "Part" biases in the new
dynamic playlists implementation?

Their descriptions are very similar:
1. "The "Or" bias adds tracks that match at least one of the sub
biases at the same time."
2. "The "Part" bias adds tracks that match at least one of the sub biases."

If "at the same time" is important, then I don't understand what
developers wanted to say by that.
