Skip publishing 2.4.2 and do directly to 2.4.3

For me personally a rerolled 2.4.2 would be nicer. But I would been
someone to help me figure out how to make this work in git without
making anyone want to kill me :D  How to I remove/change the old tag
in a clean way?
