Bug #155075: Podcast filename configuration

Hi,

I've been working on this bug for a while now (intermittently). I was
wondering how the filename configuration dialog should be displayed i.e
should it come in the menu that appears when the user right clicks on a
podcast channel, or instead should it be launched by a button that appears
in the podcast channel configuration dialog? I don't know how to implement
it in the second case.
