2.3.2 tagged - master open again

Heya folks :)

2.3.2 is finally tagged thanks to markey fixing a nasty bug. This
means that master is now open again. Let's see the merges. Go go go!

Oh and some heads-up: I'll be away from 21st to 26th and then 29th to
2nd to go to Berlin and Paris. And then I'll be gone again from 16th
of October to 29th. I might also be away this weekend but I'll find
out tomorrow hopefully.
