ScriptManager patch: No restart required

Hello Peter,

Amarok 2.3.2 is now tagged, and Git Master is open for patches again.

Would you like to commit your nice patch that removes the need for a
restart after script installation? Or, if you don't have time, could you just
send us the patch?
