Summary
-------

This Patch removes the old tray icon, which is useless since amarok depends now on KDE 4.4. Some old KDE 4.3.80 checks are removed as well and the KDE_KHOTNEWSTUFF_LIBS. Amarok works with KDE_KHOTNEWSTUFF_LIBS2 and KDE_KHOTNEWSTUFF_LIBS3 very well.
