How to get rating (stars) input from users?

Heya,

an interesting patch showed up in Bugzilla:

This caused some discussion on irc.

My opinion: the user can only see stars and half stars, so
the intuitive unit to get rating info would be in stars:
halb a star, one star, one and a half star,...

Currently if you want to search for one and a half star
rated tracks in the collection browser you have to use
"rating=3", with this patch "rating=1.5".

So imho this is a very valid point and improves usability.
I would encourage the autor to change the behaviour in
other places, too, to make it consistent.
