Grouping and various-artists albums

Lydia filed this bug a while ago:

Basic problem: the playlist doesn't show you the artists in a 
"various-artists" album.

I just pushed commit a0c2c3327c45cf06c92901210baac982ebdf505b

This introduces a "Body (Various artists)" layout. It's used when the 
track artist is different than the album artist.

If there's something not to like about the commit, feel free to revert it.

I can tell you one problem up front: we now have 3 different visuals:

    * "Default - Single" has both title and artist in normal font.

    * "Verbose - Single" has title in italics, and artist in normal font.

    * My new "Body (Various artists)" has:
          o Title in normal font.
          o Artist in italics, and indented 5 spaces.
            Reason: otherwise the titles and artists *really* start to
            blend together. (Try it.)


Gentlemen, start your paintsheds. I don't care what changes are made 
here. My recommendation is:

    * Invert "Verbose - Single".    (make the title normal font, the
      artist italics)

    * In "Default - Single", consider having the artist in italics.
      (That would affect pretty much every user.)
