Patch for supporting new SystemTray from KDE 4.4

Hey all,

Aurelien Gateau was so kind to create a patch that makes Amarok use
the new SystemTray which was introduced in KDE 4.4. One advantage is
that the tray icon gets a nice hover effect. Additionally, the popup
dialog in the tray looks a bit nicer with it (but seems to cut off
some of our information).

The nice thing is, Aurelien made it so that the patch works both with
KDE 4.3, and 4.4, so we wouldn't lose 4.3 compatibility. FWIW,
Konversation does it exactly the same way, and the Konvi maintainer
helped a bit with the patch.


I was able to merge the patch here locally, after resolving one
conflict in TrayIcon.cpp. Would be nice if some of you could try the
patch too, it's located here:
