Strange ampersand in Plasma tooltips

To be honest, I don't see that kind of behavior here using the latest GIT 
version. I cannot specifically check the Last.fm tooltips (don't have that 
compiled in here at work) but all other tooltips seem to work fine.

Using Fedora 12 / KDE 4.4 / Qt 4.6.2 if that helps you. :)
