[GSoC status report] Weeks 5, 6

In the past two weeks I have added support for the other codecs
besides Vorbis, fixed some issues with the UI and most importantly, I
have started integrating the transcoding feature into
SqlCollectionLocation and friends. This last part is potentially
tricky because there's a risk of data loss bugs, currently I'm in the
process of figuring out the best and least intrusive way.

Next week I plan to continue with this kind of integration, so I can
make the UI really do something.
