cue_parser

Nikolaj,

cue-parser in shared/ cannot be included into collectionscanner. It
needs kde libraries, which are a nono for utilities/ (and the reason
they were broken off in the first place). Utilities needs to remain
capable of being executed headlessly. As a corollary, this has also
broken build for git users building only amarok-utils.
