CDash server set up for Amarok

Aloha!

Marcus Hanwell from Kitware (company who makes CMake, CDash, etc), has
kindly set up a CDash instance for us. Check it out here:

Marcus also wrote: "No tests (they need adding), but configure and
compile warnings/errors will show up." So we will have to add those
somehow.


Can we make use of this?
