Hey Casey,

While working on that could you perhaps rename (and move) those
classes to CollectionSync?

I'm hoping we can prevent namespace conflicts and confusion with the
playlist synchronization classes.

Just to clarify: playlist synchronization is not duplication of
effort. For instance: playlists have a track order. In fact when
syncing UserPlaylists (which usually contain normal tracks) I'll
probably use OneWaySynchronizationJob to get the tracks on the target
Collection.
