I tried to create a PodcastCapability which is needed to properly
integrate with the MD framework but failed multiple times. You an see
a start of that under mediadevicecollection in /podcasts and
handler/capabilities/PodcastCapability.[cpp|h].

Since this has been blocking getting podcasts onto devices long enough
I decided to bypass MD and implement a real PodcastProvider for UMS,
which doesn't require a special library.
