Schrödinger's Feature?

Hey ho,

in our ChangeLog we used to have an entry that said the following:

* Fetch labels from last.fm for some tracks [UPDATE THIS ONCE WE
FIGURE OUT WHEN TO DO SO]


Now I'm wondering, does this feature actually exist, or does it only
exist if you don't look, and what's the deal with it anyway? :)
