2.2.2 tagging

I'm worried about this:

The common thread between the reported crashes on there and that one
duplicate is Qt 4.6 and KDE 4.4 beta.

I'm beginning to think the problem lies there. I have simply never seen
this, nor did I hear about anyone having this crash before Qt 4.6 came out.

I've gone through the code many times on different days (with different
perspectives) and have checked every occasion where I add or remove
pointers to those hashes. I simply don't see where I'm doing anything
wrong. Every time something is deleted from one of those hashes, it's
preceded by an explicit remove from the hash.
