Problems with CoverBling

Hi guys,

Well, as far as I'm concerned, my contribution will remain very limited
unfortunately.
My work on the bling applet was mostly to integrate the already existing
pictureflow code & add up icons & stuff to fit nicely into amarok.
In other words, I am not a developper, I haven't got that much free time
(which doesn't mean I'm not willing to contribute occasionally of
course) & I don't feel like starting all over again...
the CD racks concept is nice, sure
although I'm not that convinced that it wouldn't fall under Apple patent
Additional question :
I've read some positive comments on the bling applet so I still kind' a
think this will be such a waste to trash the whole thing...are we sure
we've studied the patent problem enough (and potential by pass, like I
already mentionned, optional (build time ?) applet or add on)
