I recently committed a change for the look of the root elements in the
playlistbrowser. The green arrow is replaces by the QStyle's treeview
expander. I'm not sure if this is better then before, perhaps more
familiar though. I CCMAIL'd this list but I'm not sure it came
through.

If this look is OK it should be applied to the CollectionBrowser
delegate as well. Otherwise reverted.
