Equalizer not supported by Phonon and other assorted strings

On a related note, the whole settings dialog is still too huge,
probably due to the equalizer GUI. We should fix this.


PS:
In Qt Designer the equalizer dialog isn't that huge, I'm not sure what
causes this issue in Amarok.
