Okay. As long as there is no major distribution which will be shipped with 
2.2.1 and won't update automatically to 2.2.2, it probably isn't a problem. 
It's not good to be without tooltips, but people can probably do without them 
till 2.2.2. And I promise I'll  keep string freezes in mind next time ;)
