We could make one exception to the string freeze, if we notify the
i18n team. It's only one day after freeze today, so I think that would
be OK, as these tooltips are indeed rather important. Anyone disagree?

However, I should also note (with a stern face): String freezes are
there for a reason. Next time please plan ahead :)
