so there have been a bunch of regressions with the CV toolbar in trunk in the 
past few weeks---i'm not sure if the culprit is the new "bookmark" button or 
the fact that there is only one add applet button. but for example, when you 
add an applet it gets placed to the right of the wrench, so it moves way over 
to the left instead of staying to the right. and when there are no applets in 
the CV at all, amarok doesn't recognize that there aren't any applets (and 
doesn't show the big "please add applet text" or the big "add applet button"). 

i forget when 2.2.1 is meant to be tagged, but as I personally don't have time 
to track these bugs down right now, i'm going to revert the offending commits 
before then. just an fyi :)
