Toolbar NNG - Third time's the charm

The code for my prototype slider is still there, it is in SvgHander
IIRC where there is a nice function to paint it. Feel free to play
around with that. The main issue with it is the transparent "knob" so
perhaps changing that will alleviate many of the visibility issues it
has.
