Database update code buggy for seconds -> milliseconds migration

Hey Group;

well the title says it all. We're getting tons of complaints from
users (git master) about all tracks being 0:00 length.

Could any of our MySQL ninjas please double-check the database update
code from Hydrogen? There might be something wrong still.
