first run experience

Hey :)

while the layout and all of Amarok is improving our first run
experience is still rather meh. No collection, default applets don't
look nice without a collection and so on. The first impression counts
so much. I think we should make it a priority for this release cycle.
Is anyone interested in improving the first run experience for 2.2.2?
