Amarok 2.2.1 tagging

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=212507 is a critical regression
by me. It can't just be reverted since it fixed playlist session
saving.

It looks certain that I'm facing a 60 hour work week starting today so
I appreciate anyone looking into this.

Basically, save() needs to be executed in a sensible place, which I
have determined is probably not ~XSPFPlaylist() but that would be an
easy fix right now. In longer term, the save function needs to be
called from the provider or whatever has created the XSPFPlaylist
object so the object can remain clueless about it's location on disk
(i.e. no more m_url).
