2.1 final tagging

I've got on my list

   Critical
      - Fix timeout issues on Ampache service collection browsing
      - Fix url --> track issues in Ampache service (I have the patch
for this waiting on pw reset for svn.kde cause I'm stupid and forgot
mine) - Required a patch to ampache as well (fixed in Ampache 3.5.1)
   If I have time
      - Fix issue with Incorrect sorting of Albums (The Crystal Method
is sorted under T not C as it should be)
      - Fix album art, if you add an Ampache album without letting
it's album art load first it will never load the art.

I will do my best to have all 'critical' stuff done by this sunday. so
well before Friday of next week.
