Phonon xine patch equalizer avaiable

Greetings,

I've just prepared a patch for phonon xine back-end (already announced
on phonon-backend devel list).
I'm sending the patch in attachment with hope that somebody will want to
test it and finally maybe
add equalizer - an long awaited future - to the Amarok 2 series.
The patch should apply cleanly to the current phonon cvs version.
