Hi Adriaan,

I would like fire up the planning phase for that
1st Coherence/KDE sprint.

As suggested by Bart I've put up a page at Doodle
and added there two possible weekends.
(My next available ones are in June, which is probably
too late get everything up and running and in place
for GUADEC/Akademy)

April 25./26 or May 9./10.

Please relay it to interested KDE/Amarok developers.

Anne from Mandriva has kindly offered to host the sprint
in their office in Paris.

So we'll have to arrange some accommodation nearby,
which I'm sure the people from Mandriva can assist too.

Accommodation and reasonable travel-expenses will be covered
by the funding? Dinner, catering during the 'work-hours'?
Maybe we need to count in some allowance for Mandriva too?

I assume you have already some experience with these kind of
events, so I'm happy for any advice. :-)
