Squish for KDE request from Amarok team

I do have a package that you could try out, but I'm not sure wether it'll work. We're still building our
packages on linux with gcc 3.3 and hence libstdc++5, which is usually not what a KDE4 install will use. So
replaced the relevant parts of Squish that get in contact with the application in the package with those
that I built here against Qt4/KDE4 version. If this doesn't work it'll take some more time to setup a new
machine as we're very busy with other things currently.
