Photos Applet Qt 4.4 breakage

Hi guys,
Please remember that the setOpacity() method was introduced in Qt 4.5
(and we support 4.4 onwards). If you would like to use this function
then please conditionally compile it in.

Can the owner of the photos applet fix this please?
