GSoC Report: Week of Mon 27 July

Stuff done:

- added rename and delete as standard Playlist actions, and tests for
whether or not they're appropriate given the context of what's
selected in the PB
- allow the saving of a playlist with tracks from multiple different
collections, giving you a choice which to save it to
- added save/rename/delete playlists ability for iPods

Coming soon:
- remove tracks from playlists
- playlist parity for MTP devices
- artwork for iPods (quick)
- first iteration of UMS
