The way it is *now*, you can register a new Custom Bias (see the
last.fm and echonest biases for examples) in a generic manner.
soon they will also be able to get tracks from any collection
implementing querymaker (with a MetaQueryMaker).
in any case, this might all change after we implement what we talked
about at GCDS. i'll get the pics + descriptions up asap, i swear :)
