Phonon Gstreamer should be OK now

I talked to Qt Software troll Jens at the party yesterday. Hey told me
the blocking bugs in the gstreamer back-end should be fixed now and
are being backported to Qt 4.4. Let's all thank Nightrose for raising
the issue with Qt S.

If we still have problems ATM I honestly think it's because we are
being to xine specific and we need to cleanup EngineController to use
phonon the way it's intended. Also: let's make an effort to have us
dev's use different configurations:
- xine, phonon, vlc
- kubuntu, suse, fedora, ...
- Windows (in very least on VM) and osx
