phonon gstreamer backend

Heya everyone :)

considering recent developments we really really need to get the
phonon gstreamer backend improved. I will talk to the maintainer at
QtSoftware.
Can you help me find the bug reports that are the biggest showstoppers
for us so I can bring them to his attention asap?
