multimedia keys global shortcuts

Maybe but for people who have them the multimedia keys shortcuts are
easily discoverable and if they don't work most people would consider
that a bug.  The current shortcuts are arbitrarily chosen and there's
no way to discover them short of looking in the dialogue, in which
case you may as well set them yourself.
