SFC advice on our "board"

I just got a response back from the SFC in regards to our application.
One thing they pointed out that everyone should be aware of is the
following:

Yeah, that sounds fine, although it's probably better to pick a name
other than "board members". This is because Conservancy's Board of
Directors will effectively be the "Board" for the non-profit existence
of Amarok if/when it becomes a member of Conservancy. Pretty much any
word that isn't a non-profit buzzword already should be fine.
Committee, leadership council, anything like that.

So, at some point we will need to decide on another name for what we've
generally been referring to as the board.
