Bug where sqlStorage is invalid

Is the guy using latest Git?

The only time I've ever seen this problem is when Amarok couldn't find
its database collection plugins (because of problems with needing to run
kbuildsycoca and/or $KDEDIRS) and I changed some things last week so
that it should error out earlier rather than crash in this case.
