Yes it was and I gave my (imho valid) reasons for concerns with the
current result that might not have been noticed otherwise.
And as you can see I'm not the only one thinking this.

This is not about being afraid at all. It is about the image the
picture gives us. It is an important part of our branding. And I don't
think we want to say we're a bunch of creepy guys with pitch black
faces.
