2.2 release

Hmm, oops,

Forgot that. But does indeed work. So then I do an extra replace of <tr> with \n. This seems to give the desired results. I also did #ifndef Q_WS_WIN on the image for the cover. This won't work and did add an empty newline.

Have you tried inserting \n there? For example, instead of
</td></tr><tr><td> tags.
